Ethnic series sketch of Bosnian by Gloria Poole of Missouri

Ethnic sketch of a Kosovo, Bosnia bride with face painted white and a design drawn on it, and beaded head-dress, similar to what I saw in the AFP [Agence France] news yesterday, and tried to draw from the computer screen. It is not an exact likeness of either the woman in the news or the costume but only similar to it.  In the news photos the dress was not visible so I assumed it was same color as headdress but that may not be reality of traditional weddings in Bosnia. I, Gloria Poole, currently residing in Missouri but born in state of Georgia, drew this free-hand [as always] painted it signed it, photographed it and uploaded it to this blog of mine today 5 July 2014 at 8:30am. It  is mixed media or watercolors and acrylics on 9 x 12 watercolor paper. It is not a perfect sketch by any means, but a rough draft sort of. I think the news photo the lips weren't bluish but pure white. I didn't realize that blue was still in my brush when I added in the lips. In the news photo that bride had her eyes closed.

This is one of about 150 ethnic series sketches and  about 30 ethnic series oil paintings

I, Gloria Poole, have painted on ethnic series since year 2006 but painted , drew, and sketched , signed, photographed regularly since about 1991 beginning in Atlanta, GA I had formal training in drawing from life but have basically taught myself to paint with exception of a 3 month course from  college to teach me the basics of oil painting.  I have second degree in business from University of Georgia, and a separate entire education as my first career and work experience as Registered Nurse.  I think working in operating room for six years at different hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers helped me draw and paint humans and/ or pretend humans since that is an upclose and personal view of the inside of human bodies.  I have an entire set of albums on Picasa of ethnic series oil paintings and sketches I have been creating since 2006 at https://Picasawweb.google.com/gloriapoole and select the album marked "ethnic series" and or "paintings by gloriapoole" or similar names and double click each one to enlarge to see the detail.  I have another Picasa set of albums at https://picasaweb.google.com/gloria0817 and it may have different ethnic series and or oil paintings, sketches and genre photographs that I drew, sketched, painted, signed, photographed.  It's an on-going project to create an art image of every ethnic group in the world.

Also, I have many of the ethnic series I have drawn, painted and signed on my mini exhibit of art I created blog at:  https://mini-exhibition.blogspot.com . For more about me the artist, see https://gloriapoole.blogspot.com and the blog I have had since about year 2003 when I was married a second time but now divorced for years, at https://gloriapoolepappas.blogspot.com. I removed the Pappas name from my name by order of Arapahoe County Colorado District Court Judge at time of final decree of divorce from [male [ DBP] . Also, for the record: I  am white, Southern Baptist Christian, woman and single again, and the natural, biological mother of two grown daughters who are Jennifer and Leigh. I, Gloria Poole, also am an artist in all mediums, a photographer for my own purposes, a citizen journo, a poet,  an author, a prolife activist/blogger, and a personhood amendment promoter.

Fish sketches and oil painting by Gloria Poole of Missouri and Georgia; Update

Copyrighted. I, Gloria Poole, of Missouri , drew, painted signed, photographed and uploaded these 4 sketches and oil painting  to this blog of mine. See beneath each for labels and copyright notice.

"Bluegill sunfish" sketch by Gloria Poole of Missouri 5 June 2014; acrylics on 9 x 12 paper

"Bright orange fish" sketch by Gloria poole of Missouri; yr 2011; acrylics on paper

"Fishes" sketch by Gloria Poole of Missouri; yr 2006 ; acrylics on board

"Tropical fish" sketch by Gloria Poole of Missouri, yr 2011; acrylics on 8 x 11 paper

"Goldfish"oil painting by Gloria Poole yr 2009, size 3 ft high about four ft tall on archival mat

I , Gloria, draw and paint and also photograph fish that have brilliant coloring on them.  These are some of the ones I drew and painted and signed that span the time frame of 2006 to today.  These are photos that I photographed of art I created and I have these originals and the photos of them. However,  for YEARS cyber-criminals broke into my cell phones that I photographed with [now I mostly use a camera because of that] and ripped photos right off the phone to use for their purposes. I have complained about that for so long that I realized using cell phones of any sort to take photos was an iffy method since they have no security  on cell phone carriers.

Also, I added the sketch I drew, painted and signed of an eagle landing to another blog of mine at : https://artist-gloriapoole.blogspot.com.
Also, reminder: I am not on Facebook nor Pinterest and never was by any name or moniker. Don't be deceived by people who stole photos of art I created and created facebook pages with them to try to steal my name and identity and everything of mine.  Also, for the record, I am a white, single again [divorced twice] woman, Christian, Southern Baptist, mother of two grown daughters who are Jennifer and Leigh, and an avid photographer, prolife blogger, republican, artist in all mediums and Registered Nurse licensed in Missouri [but previously licensed for most of my life in Georgia.]

Copyright Notice: I,  Gloria Poole, residing in Missouri but born in state of Georgia, own this blog and all rights to it. I own the blog and account of it, and the content of it: all words, all photos and all art on it. It may not be transferred to anyone anywhere, nor copied, nor saved to disk, nor printed at remote, nor saved to disk, nor downloaded by anyone [but me].   It is covered by U S and international copyright laws as original content created by me that I am in possession of and have not sold nor assigned my rights too in any way ever. I sign my name on oil paintings always as Gloria in paint and sometimes I sign my sketches as Gloria Poole.

Update on 21 June by me Gloria to add this
I updated my mini-exhibit blog today with eleven sketches and oil paintings of birds that I drew, painted, signed, photographed and uploaded to :
https://mini-exhibition.blogspot.com.  Also, you should read what happened as result on my https://gloriapoole.blogspot.com blog also and on another long time blog of mine :
https://gloriapoolepappas.blogspot.com [titled "The Tapestry of my life by Gloria Poole"]. I have two sketches almost completed so will update art on this one soon. The good news today is that the South Dakota republicans called for the impeachment of Obama. I think that is very good news for preborn humans and I am praying they accomplish it ASAP.  I tweeted details of that, where I read that, and helped publicize it on my twitter account : @gloriapoole [one of my twit accts] so you can read it at http://twitter.com/gloriapoole.

Queen Maxima sketch by Gloria Poole of Missouri and Georgia

I, Gloria Poole, residing in Missouri but born in state of Georgia, am putting here the sketch I drew painted twice signed photographed several times and uploaded to this blog of mine. Copyrighted.

Queen Maxima of the Netherlands sketch repainted in acrylics on paper by Gloria Poole 25 May 2014.  I painted the background a swirly blue because the news photo was of Queen Maxima entering a building and thus was an outdoor photo. I reasoned that blue sky and air currents painted in might help convey that.

Preliminary drawing with watercolors Queen Maxima sketch by Gloria Poole; 24 May 2014

Pencil drawing Queen Maxima of Netherlands from news photo by Gloria Poole; 21 May 2014

I also posted the watercolor version of this to my blog at http://gloriapoole.wordpress.com yesterday, but since I cannot post but one photo at time on wordpress, I am putting all three photos of different stages of this on this blog.  I have other sketches of other Royals planned and am drawing and painting them as I get time and have energy.  You can view the sketches and paintings of other Royals and of ethnic series pretend people that I painted on my :

Update on 17 May 2014 by me Gloria Poole of Missouri and Georgia to add that when I was updating this blog on May 15, cyber-criminals at remote hacked into it and  used the info to gain access to another blog of mine at https://save-the-baby-humans.blogspot.com; and changed the password on it and added the mobile phone of the cybercriminal that ends with 22 as the "backup phone".  I do not know anyone that has a phone number ending in 22. I had to call the mobile carrier TWICE to get my mobile phone unhacked and download new version of firefox because criminals who hacked my blog and phone are prodeathers who have tried to annihilate me in life  since 2003; and off the web since about 2008 when I began to tell of the violence against me when I lived in that GOD-forsaken state of Colorado. I MOVED from Colorado on Oct 31, 2009 and I brought the art I created there with me including "The Scotsman" oil painting, "the amazon woman" oil painting, "the Mandarin Lady" oil painting and all of the ethnic series of oil paintings that I drew and painted when I was in Colorado and that were posted on several blogs during years 2007-2011, when a woman tried to run over me in broad daylight [about 10 am] while I walked in crosswalk.  The selfie of me Gloria Poole  I put here [below] is one I photographed in my apt in Missouri in yr 2011 sitting in rocking chair before the first batch of ethnic paintings that I did. None of those people displayed on wall behind me in this selfie are real people. They are all "pretend people" who never existed. I was displaying my art I created and my selfie.  I am a US citizen born in the state of Georgia and a white, unmarried[ divorced twice] woman with two grown daughters who are Jennifer and Leigh. If you want to see how I look this year, my 2014 selfie is on my about me page on this blog and also on my blog https://gloriapoole.blogspot.com.  Because one of  my prolife blogs https://save-the-baby-humans.blogspot.com  was hacked yesterday, I tweeted the @FBi to get their help getting rid of cybercriminal with cell phone ending in 22 who broke into my acct for that blog yesterday and inserted malware into firefox on my desktop to try to block it from working properly.
