I, Gloria Poole/ Gloria on art I create/sign/date [ and sometimes post] drew this in about an hour this afternoon in my effort to see if I could draw a wicker-like chair. It's better than I thought I could draw of that subject so I am posting it here for several reasons:

1) to rebut fake obituary with my name on it;

2) to let world know that even though AT and T has continued to harass me by allowing a remote skimmer to steal from me, I still have AT and T cell phones and also T-Mobile cell phones and also a "home phone" on another system. I learned long ago that in order to have any phone that works when I write political opinions as a PROLIFE, REGISTERED NURSE, I have to have back-up telephones, computers/routers etc, because the cyber-attacks on me always follow when I post any sort of PROLIFE message and or obviously REPUBLICAN statement.

3) to reassure world that my middle initial is not P, nor is my legal surname Pappas. I removed that hated name of Pappas from my name in Oct 2007 by Court order after final decree of divorce from 2nd then-husband; and I resumed my full maiden name in 2007 by Court order, which means it is again my legal name. That surname Pappas is hated because the man who it belongs too, tried to kill me, not once, but FOUR TIMES from 2003-2006.

4) To reassure world that I am still creating art with a variety of methods/techniques/tools/genres/styles/mediums, and plan to continue that for the rest of my life to hopefully get the label for myself of "master artist" on the level of a Michelango, a Reubens or a Rembrandt.

T-Mobile notified me I was hacked, so I am not guessing about that. I seldom guess about anything. I base my opinions on something --news reports, the Holy Bible, research, actual events I either observe or participated in. I had observed and had to work around a computer hack that happened even as I was typing on a keyboard so I participated so to speak, not to cause hack, but to be the "target" of one.

Open Letter to FCC about AT&T skimming scams

I, Gloria Poole, Registered Nurse, artist in all mediums, blogger, white christian woman, U.S. citzen born in state of Georgia, private citizen residing in private apartment in Springfield Missouri, am posting this open letter to the Federal Communications Center because I have asked ATandT repeatedly for years to stop the skimming of my cell /smartphone accounts I have had for years with them and stop trying to coerce me into üpgrading"to non-existent 5G network 8 months before necessary.

I am also posting for the F.C.C., ATandT and the F.B.I. and the Secret Service [who I think investigates financial fraud] the following computer short codes which have spam-flooded every ATandT phone of mine and which I believe steal money from my prepaid cell phones and attempt to block me using my phones via malware and or ransomware:

I wrote these down from my ATandT cell/smartphones last evening and this morning.

I want ATandT to STOP spam flooding me! I want ATandT to secure my phones from murderers/scams/phishers/frauds! I want ATandT to treat me with respect when I visit their closest store [walking distance to me] and I want them to put back the 4G software that was on some of the phones I already bought that they purposely downgraded in their attempt to force me to üpgrade"to 5G. Everything I have read in I.T. news indicates that 5G is NOT what it is hyped to be, nor is it even operational in some parts of U.S. In fact, a so-called "smartphone"I bought last year in Springfield Missouri has a notice that if I turn off 2G [with a button provided for that] that I might not have a signal in some places.

Update a few minutes later to add this : 2 days ago I called my oldest daughter who now lives in Minnesota, from my apartment in Springfield Missouri, using an ATandT "smartphone"of mine and I talked approximately 10 minutes. I am supposedly on the ten cent/minute for voice calls plan [which I seldom use ] and ATandT deducted more than 3 dollars for the call.Skimming is what ATandT is best at; in fact I think they are running a money-laundering syndicate of some sort that takes money from my cards, says it puts it on my phones'balance(s) , then shifts it to con-people/crooks a few days later, or with each call and text message. The figures never match the "plans"I am on.

Precisely because of the methodical skimming of my accounts be criminals, in effort to always have a working phone for my safety sake.

I repainted Starry Ocean

I , Gloria Poole, Registered Nurse, artist in all mediums, photographer for a purpose, mother, white woman, U.S. citizen by birth, twice-divorced, repainted the oil painting I named "Starry ocean"because I was not happy with it. I like it better now. I rephotographed it probably 20 times because an unauthorized person at a secret, unknown-to-me location kept attempting to hack my big digital camera which when I bought it was NOT enabled for wi-fi. But that didn't stop criminal i.d. thieves from trying. One thing I have learned about use of the internet is that there is no security on it regardless of what tool, device.computer, service, protocol that is being used. It's a high risk activity no matter what sort of like walking down the side of the interstate on the narrow little border.

This second photo is a bit blurred on purpose so my youngest daughter's photo is not so readily discernible to world. A criminal hacker/stalker/ i. d . thief at secret place broke into my computer and stole the first set of my photos of the above painting I painted this past week from my memory card when it was in my computer yesterday as I was uploading a pic to a different blog of mine, so I re-photographed this today and decided to include a photo of my front room wall where that painting is located, while still drying. It is oil on canvas.'

Gloria summing up 2020 to ring in New Year

It's safe to say the entire world is happy to see 2020 go! It has been an awful, terrible, no-good, miserable year of pandemic viral threats, never-ending news stories about them , ratcheted up creation of new vaccines bypassying the usual clinical trails over years of time, and nightly news reviews of body bags, hospitals putting patients in conference rooms because no beds available, health care and first responders'comments etc etc etc. I feel overwhelmed at times and I am a so-called "health care professional"for many years.

I think 2021 has to be a better year! I am cautiously optimistic about it that we the people of the United States will survive as a people and thrive over time. So keep your chin up, get on your knees and pray when you feel afraid, wash your hands frequently, avoid crowds, wear your masks everywhere to protect yourself and others [covid is airborne vector] . Do your part to stay healthy.

On a lighter note, today as I was reading my email, I learned there is a bulldog, a horse, a water fall, 2 streets [one in S.C. and one in California] and a charity, and a hotel all named Gloria; ! And don't forget Laura Branigan's "Gloria" song that the St Louis baseball played at their games in 2020. So it seems the name Gloria is in the radar of Google and thank goodness! That is my name too!

I put my first name in title of this blog just so readers know it's me. There has been massive identity theft of my created content in which about 10,000 photos I photographed with my big digital camera were stolen off my Apple imac computer as I was uploading them it seems. I had 9,000 + photos to upload and it said only about 4000 uploaded then at my next login those 4000 photos had vanished--stolen off computer! It seems impossible to secure the internet!

On the topic of the internet here are some of the news stories this final day of 2020 that all should probably read:

1) FBI needs to read this :"Though some researchers say that the scale and severity of ransomware attacks crossed a bright line in 2020, others describe this year as simply the next step in a gradual and, unfortunately, predictable devolution. After years spent honing their techniques, attackers are growing bolder. They've begun to incorporate other types of extortion like blackmail into their arsenals, by exfiltrating an organization's data and then threatening to release it if the victim doesn't pay an additional fee. Most significantly, ransomware attackers have transitioned from a model in which they hit lots of individuals and accumulated many small ransom payments to one where they carefully plan attacks against a smaller group of large targets from which they can demand massive ransoms. And of course today 31st December 2020 is the final day that the United Kingdom is a part of the European Union.

The Brexit deal is signed by Boris Johnson Prime Minister of UK and Ursula vonder Leyden of European Union yesterday. Some of its terms are:

" * Businesses offering services, such as banking, architecture and accounting, will lose their automatic right of access to EU markets and will face some restrictions.

* There will no longer be automatic recognition of professional qualifications for people such as doctors, chefs and architects."

The more Google ïmproves"their service the more difficult it gets to actually use some of their services. I think that is because of multiple anti-trust actions against them which is causing their algorithyms and proprietary code to be put into legal databases available to competitors on the web. So the antitrust actions are another 2020 event that is catastrophic for consumers.
