I, gloriapoole / Gloria Poole /Registered Nurse/author/artist/photographer/cartoonist/mother/Christian/twice-divorced white woman painted this oil painting today 26 March 2017 after lunch onto background on canvas that I had painted before. I removed the paper sketch as in previous sketch I posted, and painted this in oils onto 16x20 canvas, and signed it, photographed it, uploaded it and posted it to this blog of mine. Copyright. I, Gloria Poole am Registered Nurse/artist/cartoonist/illustrator/citizen-journo/prolife advocate/author/photographer/twice-divorced/Christian white woman, who drew the tears for london on paper and then affixed it to a background on canvas painted with oil. I drew this quickly to show a sense of sympathy and solidarity w/ London after attack there yesterday. I didn't draw the tears very well but I don't know how to draw them so it is my best effort for the time being. I drew with archival ink on 8 x 11 paper, then when photographing it, decided to affix it to a canvas to make better "frame". This is Me--my selfie [Gloria Poole,RN, artist] in spring 2014 but I look the same except that I am thinner and my hair is longer but I still put it in lop-sided pony tail when I walk about or create art to prevent hair from blowing into my eyes or into paint.That is also me that you see in the "about me" box on right side of this blog and I am wearing a dark grey winter wool hat because that photo was taken of me in state of Georgia in Jan 2010 and my family in Georgia saw me wearing that hat and so did other people. So I am leaving that photo also on this blog for that reason. Also, sometimes I put my hair in an up-do of sorts so there are some photos of me with my hair up.

This is the symbol of my alma mater Georgia Baptist College of Nursing where I graduated; and took state boards in Georgia to become a Registered Nurse years ago.I have a Registered Nurse license in Missouri.
